Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. The Service is offered to people in the GCC — Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Tu2riaCards is a venue that connects buyers and sellers of collectables. We are not the buyer or the seller in any transaction. Listings are created by individual users, not by us. We do not own, inspect, hold, authenticate, or take possession of the items listed, and we do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, authenticity, legality, or accuracy of any listing.

The contract of sale for any item is made directly between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to it, and we are not responsible for either party’s performance of it.

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• You may sign up with an email and password or with a supported single sign-on provider (such as Google).
• Do not share your account, impersonate anyone, or create an account if we have previously suspended or banned you.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@tu2ria.cloud.

As a seller, you agree that:

• You own the item, have the right to sell it, and will describe its condition honestly, including any flaws.
• Photos and descriptions must be truthful. Reference or catalog images are shown for identification only; the item you receive is the actual item pictured in the seller’s own photos.
• You will only list items permitted under our Marketplace Rules. Counterfeit, replica, stolen, or misrepresented items are strictly forbidden.
• You will honor the price and terms you publish, and ship the item promptly once a sale is confirmed.

We may remove any listing, or archive listings that have been inactive for an extended period, at our discretion.

As a buyer, you agree to review a listing carefully before purchasing, to pay through the checkout provided, and to confirm receipt promptly once your item arrives. Because items are pre-owned or individually sold by other users, condition can vary — read the description and message the seller with questions before you buy.

Listing or completing a sale may be subject to a flat service fee. The fee that applies is shown to you before you confirm, and we may change our fees from time to time. Any fee shown is the fee that applies to that transaction.

Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. When escrow-style protection is offered, funds for a sale are held after the buyer pays and are released to the seller after the buyer confirms they received the item as described. You authorize us and our payment providers to process payments, fees, and any applicable refunds on this basis. We are not a bank and do not provide financial or escrow services ourselves.

Because sales are between buyers and sellers directly, disputes about an item, its condition, delivery, or a refund are primarily between those two users. We encourage you to communicate through the in-app messaging to resolve issues. We may, but are not obligated to, help mediate a dispute or make a decision about held funds. You can also report a listing or a user to us for review.

• List prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
• Deceive, defraud, or harass other users.
• Circumvent our fees, or take a transaction off-platform to avoid buyer protections after connecting here.
• Scrape, copy, overload, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.

We may remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, that violate these Terms — in serious cases, immediately and without notice.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any item listed is authentic or as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tu2ria LLCwill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of a transaction between users, an item’s authenticity or condition, or your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tu2ria LLC harmless from claims and costs arising out of your listings, your transactions, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
