Marketplace Rules

Genuine collectables you own and have the right to sell, including:

• Pokémon TCG single cards (including professionally graded cards)
• Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, and booster bundles
• One Piece TCG single cards (including professionally graded cards)
• One Piece TCG booster boxes
• Other genuine collectables listed under the “Other” category, as long as they follow every rule below

Counterfeit, fake, replica, reprint, or “proxy” items are strictly prohibited. Selling a fake as genuine is fraud and will get your account banned. If a graded card’s slab or grade has been tampered with, it may not be listed. Describe grading accurately and only claim a grade the item actually holds.

• State the true condition — sealed, near mint, or played — and show any damage clearly.
• Use your own photos of the actual item. Catalog reference images are for identification only, not proof of condition.
• Don’t misrepresent a set, edition, print run, or rarity.
• Price in good faith and honor the price you publish.

• Counterfeit, replica, or unofficial reproductions of any item.
• Stolen goods, or anything you don’t have the right to sell.
• Anything illegal to sell or ship in your country or the buyer’s country.
• Empty packaging, weighed/resealed packs, or repacks passed off as factory-sealed.
• Items that aren’t collectables and fall outside the categories we support.
• Digital-only codes or accounts sold in a way that breaks the rights holder’s terms.

• Communicate respectfully — no harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Don’t try to move a deal off-platform to dodge fees or buyer protections after meeting here.
• No shill bidding, fake reviews, or manipulating listings.
• Ship promptly and pack items so they arrive safely.

If you see a listing or a user that breaks these rules, use the report option on the listing or profile, or email support@tu2ria.cloud. Our moderators review reports and take action where needed.

We may remove any listing and suspend or ban any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion — immediately in serious cases such as fraud or counterfeits. Repeated or severe violations can be permanent.
