Information you give us:

• Account details — your name or username, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email from Google instead of a password.
• Listings — the titles, descriptions, prices, condition, category, and photos you upload for items you sell.
• Messages — the content of messages you send to other users through the Service.
• Reviews and reports — feedback you leave and any reports you submit about a listing or user.

Information we collect automatically:

• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site, such as your session, general log information, and interactions with a listing (for example, when it was last viewed).

We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers who process that data under their own security standards.

• To create and run your account and show your public profile.
• To publish your listings and let buyers and sellers find and contact each other.
• To process purchases, fees, and refunds through our providers.
• To keep the marketplace safe — detect fraud, enforce our Terms and Marketplace Rules, and respond to reports.
• To contact you about your account, purchases, or support.

Some information is public by design so the marketplace can work. Your username or display name, your active listings, and any reviews are visible to other users. When you buy from or sell to someone, the two of you can message each other. Please don’t put sensitive personal details in a listing, a message, or your public profile.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers — the companies that host and power the site (for example, our cloud hosting, database, image storage, and payment providers), strictly to operate the Service on our behalf.
• Other users — the limited information needed to complete a transaction you take part in.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or us.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, transaction records) for longer.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. You can update most details from your account, or contact us at privacy@tu2ria.cloud and we will help. We honor applicable data-protection rights in the countries we serve.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — for example, storing passwords only as hashes and restricting access to personal data. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
